offers digital photography for both Commercial and Private projects.
With over 25 years of experience working with photography & graphic
art we have the ‘eye’ and photographic knowledge to produce unique and
impressionable shots for our clients.

Photography
is available for Indoor, Outdoor, Studio, Product, Nighttime and Water/Boat
based shots (generally within the PenBay & Penobscot River area).

We utilize
the latest 6 megapixel SLR camera equipment, strobes and lighting to produce
professional digital images of the highest quality and resolution.

We use
Adobe Photoshop for most digital processing and can generate results that
ensure your images can be used in a variety of applications without further
retouching and high quality when transferring them to other mediums.

Digital
Image results are available on Prints, Slides and Digital Media (CD-Rom,
DVDs, Online/FTP).

Current
Pricing & Rates

Costs
vary greatly based on the specific needs of the project. If you are
specific in what you need (type of shots, number of shots, level and complexity
of the image processing) we can determine the time and products involved
to offer a reasonable estimate or package price. We have defined
a few package prices based on estimates and projects we have done and try
to find a solution that makes our photography service cost effective without
jeopardizing the results.

Output
Media (Prints, Slides, etc.) prices vary based on type of media, size and
quantity.

The current
hourly base rate is $75 p/h plus output media charges with significant
discounts on larger projects.

Agreements also available.

fees for Travel/Distance maybe applicable.

maybe included in the price of the website design or at a discount depending

For artists
& craftsmen looking to have product shots taken and need slides for
juried shows and presentation, we offer a package price at 20% off the
regular price of $500.

Shots
are professionally staged and shot in our studio and you are given a Contact
sheet to review the shots before the Master slides are printed.

Slides
are edge-to-edge and present your product in the standard format and presentation
juries expect.

If you've
bought stuff online or out of a catalog you probably know most buyers will
never purchase an item without seeing a picture of that item.
As the quality and detail of the picture are key to catching the consumer's
eye we feel we can help you expand your opportunities with our services.

For the
online seller, to make it more affordable for both you and Tech2Hire, this
package includes large sets of items to be photographed for an Antique
Shop, Collector or Individual who would like professional quality shots
to help showcase and sell your more expensive and high-quality items.
Multiple shots are taken and supplied on disk for use on your website,
EBay, Catalog, Advertising or Insurance documentation. These are
not high-end product shots or jury level photos (where a good deal of time
is spent positioning the product, lighting, using strobes and employing
different filters and gels), but, they are professional shots using various
lenses, lighting, backdrops and photography techniques to produce excellent
presentation shots.

Each item
will have 3 or more shots taken of it. Shots may vary in angles,
exposure, framing or distances and are supplied in raw image form (averaging
2-3mbs per image) with minor digital processing (cropping, contrast/gamma
adjustments, retouching).

Studio
shots take more time to schedule, position and light, though, the quality
is often better given the controlled conditions. On location shots,
w/in the Bangor/Bucksport/Belfast area, are generally less controlled but
will produce good results, and for large-items or a large amount of items,
more practical.
